Get Excited, CFB Thursday Night Matchups are Here

Now I know if you are reading this blog, you are the ELITE of the college football fanbase, and put hard work and dedication to master your craft. Weekday games are not for the weak or the fainthearted, BUT I have great news. The matchups tonight will keep us entertained and if anything I can almost guarantee the excitement will not act as a sleep aid like the NFL Thursday night matchup between the Broncos and the Saints is looking to be.

Tonight we kickoff with a clash between the Sunbelt and CUSA with Georgia State @ Marshall. Do not write this game off, GAST might be 2-3 but they managed to knock off the wagon that is Vandy this season, and Marshall was able to put up points on Ohio State earlier in the season. This could be a high scoring affair with lot of excitement despite the records.

At 7:30est we get an ACC matchup between two very different ACC programs, Boston College at Virginia Tech. BC seems to be up and coming with the young exciting, talented QB Tommy Castellanos at the helm and VT is a program that has had elite success in the past and is trying to reach that potential yet again. With the famous “Enter Sandman” tradition, VT fans need to hope Castellanos seems to be running in sand in order to cover this spread and win as the books project. The young talented QB is developing into one of the most dangerous dual threat QBs not only in the conference but in the country and is the key to BC finding a way to come out on top tonight. Both teams being 1-1 in the conference makes this a critical matchup with the current standings in the ACC the winning team will potentially catapult up to be tied for 2nd and in the running for the conference championship game
